Prelude (String Quartet)
 1 min.
Played once the guests are seated, the prelude sets the tone for the entire wedding. This sample highlights the concept of a bride’s own melody, composed using impressions of her personality gathered over several consultations.  The first thirty seconds of music represent this "theme," which echoes throughout the piece, and is given romance and intimacy through the string quartet.

Attendant Processional (Orchestra)
 56 sec.
Bridal Processional (Orchestra)
 29 sec.
Together, these samples exemplify distinct yet complementary themes for the bridal party and the bride as they walk down the aisle. The attendant processional shifts through several moods, ultimately building to a muted crescendo in anticipation of the bride. After a pause and a change in music, she is presented, surrounded by the swells of her own processional.

Ceremony Interlude (Piano, Guitar, Tin Whistle)
3 excerpts, 1 min 02 sec.
Ceremony music is optional, often performed during the vows or other symbolic portion of the ceremony. Here, the clients wished to light a unity candle accompanied by music that reflected their Irish heritage. Inspired by traditional reels, the piece also incorporates the Irish tin whistle.

Recessional (Solo Piano)
 30 sec.
The recessional celebrates the couple’s happy return up the aisle after their pronunciation as husband and wife. Commissioned in order to include the groom’s brother (a gifted pianist) in the ceremony, this composition conveys the proper mood while giving the musician a chance to shine.
